AMAZING ANIMALS |

| Using the Center’s animals, students will learn how all animals have special features that help them survive in their habitat. Students will have the opportunity to touch a variety of animals. |

A YEAR OF OHIO WILDLIFE |

| Students will examine the changing of the seasons on a guided hike focused on observing how plants and animals adapt seasonally to take advantage of the environmental changes they experience here in Ohio. | |

NATURE’S RECYCLERS |

| Discover first-hand how nature recycles, because nothing is wasted in nature. We will explore a rotting log and meet and learn about the producers, consumers, and decomposers in that small ecosystem. |

HABITAT |

| Explore different habitats to see what makes each one special. Hike in the woods, fields, and wetlands at the FELC as we examine the food, water, shelter, and space available to the animals in each unique environment. | |
