The Seeds of Hope Farm Stand is located beside the FELC building and features seasonal produce throughout the growing months.

What We Grow
Our greenhouse is filled with a variety of vegetables, herbs, and flowers — all grown using sustainable practices. You’ll find:
Crisp lettuces, kale, and spinach
Fresh herbs like basil and oregano
Vibrant flowers and pollinator-friendly plants
Seasonal vegetables including tomatoes, peppers, and squash
What You’ll Find
Frozen Stew Chickens – $3.00 per pound
Our frozen stew chickens are available at the Seeds of Hope Farm Stand.These chickens come from older laying hens or roosters that have developed a rich, deep flavor through age and activity. Because of their firmer texture, stew chickens are perfect for slow, moist cooking methods that create tender meat and flavorful broth. They are ideal for soups, stews, bone broth, pressure cooking, and other hearty meals.
