Science Days at FELC are hands-on learning adventures for kids ages 5–10, filled with exciting experiments, nature exploration, and creative discoveries
STEM DAYS
A “STEM DAY” program was offered on October 24th for children that focused on FLIGHT. This program was a collaborative effort between the Franciscan Earth Literacy Center and OSU Extension Office, Seneca County, Area 3.
Participants had fun making and launching two litter pop bottle rockets, compared a helium filled balloon versus an oxygen filled balloon, created baking soda rockets, having a paper airplane contest and more!
